Refunds

1. Statutory withdrawal rights

Where statutory distance-contract withdrawal rights apply, you may withdraw within 14 calendar days of contract conclusion without giving a reason. Longer periods and additional legal protections remain available.

The bundle includes ongoing services. Signing in, viewing the map or joining the club does not end this right. Timely withdrawal receives a full refund.

2. Additional guarantee: 7 days or 24 hours

Where mandatory withdrawal rights do not apply, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days after payment confirmation if you have neither opened the paid guide nor joined the club. If you have used the guide or joined the club, the guarantee lasts 24 hours after payment confirmation. No reason is required.

Signing in to your account alone does not establish that you accessed paid content.

This guarantee adds to your legal rights. It does not shorten an applicable 14-day period or limit claims for non-delivery, defects or duplicate charges.

3. How to make a request

Email d@opthai.land, use “Help” in your account or write to Georgia, Tbilisi, Krtsanisi district, Ponichala 3 settlement, building 5, entrance 2, floor 4, auxiliary storage room. You do not need account access to contact us by email or post.

Include your order email, purchase date, order number if known, and clear withdrawal statement or problem description. Sending notice before the deadline is sufficient. Further information is requested only to verify the order and recipient.

4. Example withdrawal notice

To: Individual Entrepreneur DMYTRO STAMIKOV, Georgia, Tbilisi, Krtsanisi district, Ponichala 3 settlement, building 5, entrance 2, floor 4, auxiliary storage room, d@opthai.land.

“I hereby withdraw from my contract to purchase Samui Guide. Purchase date: ____. Order email: ____. Order number, if known: ____. Buyer’s name: ____. Notice date: ____.”

This example is optional; a clear statement without reasons is sufficient.

5. If access has not been provided

Report missing access to d@opthai.land. We will check the order and provide access without undue delay. If delivery is not completed within the period required by law, you may terminate the contract and request a refund.

No additional wait is required where delivery is impossible or the law permits immediate termination. Technical errors do not prove successful delivery.

6. Defects and duplicate charges

Tell us if the product does not match the agreed description or fails to work. We will offer a remedy and, where legally appropriate, a proportionate price reduction or refund. The voluntary guarantee’s deadline does not limit these rights.

Confirmed duplicate or excess charges are refunded. Lawful payment disputes remain available; you are not responsible for errors by the seller or its payment intermediary.

7. Timing and payment method

For statutory withdrawal or the additional 7-day/24-hour guarantee, we refund without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after receiving your notice. Other grounds follow applicable legal deadlines; we will explain the outcome.

We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method at no cost to you. We charge no refund processing fee and do not impose vouchers instead of money. When the transaction appears also depends on your bank or payment service.

8. What happens to access

Full refunds and termination end access under that order. Partial refunds do not terminate the whole bundle; consequences are agreed with you subject to law.
