Community rules

1. What the club is for

Individual Entrepreneur DMYTRO STAMIKOV runs the “Sudden Thailand” club for discussion and sharing experience. Participation is voluntary. Members offer personal experiences; verify important advice.

2. Joining the club

A Telegram account is required. Joining instructions are provided individually; do not publish or sell your invitation. Contact d@opthai.land if you need help.

Telegram’s terms also apply. Non-participation does not close guide access or cancel your purchase.

3. What other members can see

Members may see your messages and profile information according to Telegram settings. Before joining, check the visibility of your name, photo, phone number and other details. A private club cannot guarantee that nobody copies a message.

Do not publish other people’s contacts, documents, private correspondence or photographs without the necessary permission. Do not share their messages outside the club without consent or another lawful basis.

4. Respectful discussion

Discuss ideas and experiences without threats, bullying, discriminatory abuse or harassment. Reasoned criticism of the product and reports of problems are welcome.

Do not impersonate administrators or members or flood discussions with repeated posts. Stay on topic and respect others’ legal rights.

5. Advertising and safety

Spam, fraud, harmful links and unlawful offers are prohibited. Obtain administrator approval before posting advertising or referral links and disclose your commercial interest.

Do not share passwords or payment security codes with members. Administrators do not guarantee transactions between members or with mentioned providers. Report suspicious behaviour through support or to d@opthai.land.

6. Submitted places and photographs

Submit material for the guide only if you have the right to do so. You retain copyright. You grant a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to store, reproduce and display it within the guide and club, and to format and translate it as needed for publication.

The licence lasts while the material is included in the product; advertising use outside the product requires separate consent. You may choose unnamed publication when suggesting a place. Ordinary conversations do not automatically become guide submissions.

7. Moderation and restrictions

Submissions are reviewed; publication is not guaranteed. For breaches, we may remove a post, warn a member, temporarily restrict posting or remove them, considering severity and repetition. An immediate risk to people or security may require immediate action.

We explain restrictions while protecting others’ rights and safety. Telegram removal does not end guide access or legal refund rights.

8. Reports and review

To appeal moderation, report a copyright issue or request removal of your material, contact d@opthai.land. Identify the material or decision, explain your request and provide any available supporting information.

We review requests and communicate decisions. Data erasure also follows our privacy policy and applicable law.
