1. Programme operator
The operator is Individual Entrepreneur DMYTRO STAMIKOV, Georgia, identification number 304795194. Partners recommend independently, without authority to contract or collect payments for the seller.
2. Joining and individual terms
Participation is enabled following a request and agreement on terms. Your partner percentage and level allocation are shown in your account. There is no joining fee, inventory purchase requirement or payment for recruiting partners.
Commission arises only from paid product sales. Registering someone or adding a partner does not itself generate earnings.
3. How referrals are recorded
Attribution uses the valid partner link or code recorded in the order. The buyer’s first paid order establishes their relationship with the referring partner in the programme structure. A link click alone earns nothing.
Self-referrals, fictitious accounts, code substitution and artificial manipulation of the structure are prohibited. Report attribution errors to d@opthai.land with the order or available information.
4. Partner pool and buyer discount
The partner pool is calculated from the product price before the partner discount, using the percentage of the account whose code appears in the order. The buyer’s discount is deducted from this pool; the remainder is shared across levels.
A $40 pool minus a $10 discount leaves $30; discounting the entire pool leaves no commission. Later settings do not change recorded order prices, discounts or shares.
5. Three levels of allocation
The standard split is 70% to the sale’s partner, 20% to their referring partner and 10% to the next partner above. These percentages apply to the remaining pool, not the whole purchase price: $30 produces $21, $6 and $3.
Individual arrangements, including a single level, appear in your account. The operator retains a share where no eligible participant occupies that level; buyers receive no commission on their own purchase.
6. Credits, refunds and checks
Commission is credited after payment confirmation and shown in your account. Unpaid or cancelled orders earn nothing. A refunded purchase reverses its commission; an amount already paid out may reduce the subsequent balance.
A substantiated dispute or suspected fraud may require checks and a hold on the affected payout. We will explain the reason and allow supporting information; undisputed earnings are not arbitrarily cancelled.
7. Requesting payment
Your available balance, minimum amount, payment methods, currency and fees are displayed before you request payment. Correct payment details and verification of earnings are required; we may need evidence of identity or ownership of the receiving account.
Only methods available and permitted for the particular payment are used. Timing depends on checks and the payment channel; we communicate delays and required actions. Availability varies by country.
8. Honest recommendations
Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission. Do not promise guaranteed income, travel outcomes, nonexistent features or special terms on the seller’s behalf. Neither earnings nor recovery of promotion costs is guaranteed.
Spam, deception, paid recruitment, fabricated activity and unlawful use of others’ content or data are prohibited. Use order details in your account only to check earnings; do not attempt to identify or contact buyers without a lawful basis.
9. Changes and ending participation
Changes are communicated before applying to new orders and do not alter shares already recorded. You may end future participation by contacting d@opthai.land.
Breaches may result in proportionate restrictions or termination, with reasons and an opportunity to object. Legitimately earned balances do not expire when participation ends; we will arrange payment subject to refunds and legal restrictions.
